Cancellation Policy

NOTICE TO PURCHASER Please read this Membership Agreement carefully before signing. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the membership, billing, cancellation, and facility policies of Lucero's Boxing LLC. MEMBERSHIP & BILLING Membership dues are charged according to the membership plan you select during enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method through Lucero's Boxing LLC's secure membership management system until your membership is canceled in accordance with this Agreement. Your first payment is due at enrollment unless otherwise stated. Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. If a payment is declined or returned, your membership may be suspended until your account is brought current. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed to Lucero's Boxing LLC. Prepaid memberships must be paid in full before activation, do not automatically renew, and are non-refundable once activated. CANCELLATION POLICY Membership cancellations require at least 14 days' notice before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests may be submitted: In person at Lucero's Boxing LLC By phone at (830) 515-7848 A cancellation is not effective until it has been processed by gym management. Messages sent by text, email, social media, or through coaches do not constitute an official cancellation request unless confirmed by gym management. If less than 14 days' notice is provided, the next scheduled payment may still be processed. REFUND POLICY All membership dues and prepaid memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued for missed classes, schedule conflicts, failure to attend, temporary injuries or illnesses, relocation, or dissatisfaction with services already provided. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES Members agree to: Follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions. Use equipment safely and responsibly. Wear any required protective equipment during designated activities. Treat staff, members, and guests with respect. Accept responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Secure their own personal belongings. Lucero's Boxing LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Lucero's Boxing LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules, policies, and operating procedures as needed and may suspend or terminate memberships for violations of gym rules.
